How long do the greens stay fresh in the fridge?
Roots down, our lettuce lives 5 days on the counter or in the fridge. It's alive, not cut. Herbs and microgreens: 4–7 days, depending on the variety.
Do I need to wash the greens?
They grow without soil, in clean water, so they arrive with no field dirt and no insects. A quick rinse before serving never hurts, but there is no need to soak or scrub.
How can I pay?
The Try box: card or cash on delivery. The Fresh and Family subscriptions: card only, charged weekly after each confirmed delivery.
