Delivery should be the easiest step. Here are the answers to what you ask us most.
When will I get my order?
We harvest on delivery day and bring your greens the same day or the next. You pick the day that suits you when you order, and we let you know before we head your way.
What if I'm not home for the delivery?
Message or call us and we'll reschedule for free. The greens keep their roots, so they stay fresh - a change of plans costs you nothing.
Which parts of Chișinău do you deliver to?
All 6 sectors: Centru, Botanica, Ciocana, Râșcani, Buiucani and Telecentru. For the suburbs, write to us and we'll check together whether we reach you.
How do I pay?
For the Try box you can pay by card or in cash on delivery. Subscriptions are paid by card through maib's secure checkout. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime.
How long do the greens last after delivery?
They arrive alive, roots and all. Keep the root in a little water, pop them in the fridge, and they stay crisp for ~5 days. That's the difference between harvested today and 5–7 days on the road.
